Returns

You may return an item within 7 days of delivery, provided it is unused, unwashed and returned with its original packaging and tags intact.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery, subject to stock availability in the size or variant you would like instead.

Items we cannot accept back

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on cosmetics, skincare, fragrance, innerwear or pierced jewellery once the seal is broken.

How to start a return

Call 01643333293 or message us on WhatsApp with your order number and a photo of the item. We will confirm the return and arrange collection or drop-off.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund is issued to the original payment method. Orders paid by cash on delivery are refunded by mobile financial service to the number the order was placed from.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges are refundable only where the item arrived damaged, faulty or was not the item you ordered.
